Upon retainer, we begin each project with a Custom Plan complete with floor plans, selections of paint, furniture, lighting, rugs, and accessories. A customized notebook is prepared for each client communicating all these specification.
Proposals with full page tear sheets will describe the selections and communicate prices, dimensions, etc.
Upon your approval, Invoices are emailed, and upon receipt of funds, items are ordered.
With three decades of experience and contacts, we work quickly so the bulk of your design dollars are spent on furnishings and not design time.
