About Our Process
Kathy Patton Designs offers Full Service Design for New Builds, Renovations from a kitchen or bath remodel to a whole home remodel. We also offer services for Commercial projects, Styling and Virtual Design.
We begin with a meeting at the project site. This allows us to fully understand the scope of the project. From this a Design Fee will be outlined to execute the project.
When you hire KPD, you receive 30 years of Design experience combining a refined design aesthetic and vision for your space with access to trade only resources, custom furnishings, execution, efficiency, connections to the best skilled trades and vendors and a knowledge of scale and flow. This ensures you receive a custom Design Plan that unites your entire space.
KPD handles all the details of procurement down to installation.
